By downloading, installing, or using base stop ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

base stop is a precision timing puzzle game for iOS that challenges players to stop a moving square when it aligns with the target on rotating rings. The App includes a leaderboard system, level progression, scoring mechanics, and cross-device progress synchronization.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and username
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit the game mechanics
• You must not use offensive, inappropriate, or profane usernames
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers

4. Gameplay and Scoring

Scores are calculated based on your gameplay performance, including accuracy, timing, and number of attempts. All scores are subject to verification. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating, exploitation, or manipulation.

5. Leaderboard

Your username and scores will be displayed on the public leaderboard. By playing the game, you consent to having your scores and username visible to other users. We reserve the right to remove or modify leaderboard entries at our discretion.

6. Progress and Data Synchronization

base stop synchronizes your game progress, scores, and level completion across devices using your Apple ID. This allows you to continue playing on any iOS device where you're signed in. Progress synchronization requires an active internet connection and may be delayed during network issues.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all game mechanics, graphics, code, and content, is the property of BelforestLab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, functionality, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BelforestLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of scores, or inability to access the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email if available.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.
